Using Realm in a function
.everyoneloves__top-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__mid-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__bot-mid-leaderboard:empty{ height:90px;width:728px;box-sizing:border-box;
}
I am trying to use my Realm information in a few functions but can not get the code right.
I grab the data and can use it like:
let entry = Entry.getAllEntries()
or this:
for e in entry! {
print(e.name)
}
But I am having problems when I pass into a function.
x = getAverage(entry: entry)
I can get the data with this:
func getAverage(entry : Any) -> Double {
for e in entry {
print(e.name)
}
But I can no longer loop through the data. I get several errors.
I am guessing it is the "entry: Any"? I have also tried things like AnyObject.
error: type 'Any' does not conform to protocol 'Sequence'
How do I correct this issue? Thank you.

You should edit your question to include all relevant code in the form of a Minimal, Complete, and Verifiable example. Specifically, the definition ofEntry
, including thegetAllEntries
method. Btw why is thegetAverage
method'sentry
input argument defined asAny
? It should be[Entry]
to what I can deduce without more context.
