location of the Runaway argument?
I have difficulties in locating the runaway argument, where exactly should I look at in the code?

More than likely an accumulation of faults resulting in a bad .aux file so 1) ensure you clean out the runtime files such as .aux then try again 2) copy the file to a fresh name and remove as much as possible until you still get exactly the same error with a minimal number of lines then paste that text as your MWE and if you did not spot the cause then post the small log file generated by that small failing example

More than likely an accumulation of faults resulting in a bad .aux file so 1) ensure you clean out the runtime files such as .aux then try again 2) copy the file to a fresh name and remove as much as possible until you still get exactly the same error with a minimal number of lines then paste that text as your MWE and if you did not spot the cause then post the small log file generated by that small failing example
