File Zip Generation to Email in WordPress

Interesting concept with this, I can't find it anywhere else online, so thought we'd give it a shot here;
We're looking to have a form, ideally in WordPress although raw PHP/JavaScript would be fine too.
The objective is to have tick boxes that reperesent files and an input box to enter in an email address then press Submit, from there, the files relative to the radio boxes are zipped up dynamically on the server and emailed to the address in the question (or have a dynamic hotlink generated to the ZIP and have the link emailed):
