How to use Sabre for routing to airline for booking?

For an airfare metasearch engine, is it possible to use Sabre to create custom routes but direct the user to the airline for booking, since its a metasearch entity rather than an OTA? So essentially a user will find a route that has been custom created by the metasearch app (AI engine) for fare it will use Sabre and then for booking it will be directed from the metasearch app to the airline for booking? Will Sabre allow that? How do you propose that can be done? Can airline allow their APIs to metasearch engine?
