Spring MVC configuration classes order

0

I have a lot of Spring MVC webapps that expose REST services.
Each webapp has a dependency to core library.
I configured the RootConfig into the AbstractAnnotationConfigDispatcherServletInitializer and then all other configuration classes in the same package will be scanned.
All works fine, but now I wan't to dinamically disable one of these configuration (suppose CacheConfig.class) based on a property's value. The problem is that the properties are loaded on another configuration file (ServiceConfig.class) but the last one is loaded after the first one and when I get the property's value I always get null.

So how can I set up the order of configuration classes? I tried @Import and @Order, define all classes into AbstractAnnotationConfigDispatcherServletInitializer but neither of these seems to works.

I don't use spring-boot on these projects, so any idea how to do it?

Thanks
F
