How to use Upsert In spring mongo?

My Department Domain contains Employee List and Employee Domain List of Details.
my domain structure as below ..



Department



public class Department{

private String departmentId;
private List<Employee> employeeList;

//setters and getters
}


Employee



public class Employee{

private String key;
private List<Details> values;

//setters and getters
}


Details



public class Details{

private String name;
private String country;

//setters and getters
}


I need to do upsert on department.if key(date) in employee already exist. then push the Details in values or if there is new key(date) update with new key in employee list.
please provide code in java-mongo .
my sample input json from UI ...
