Can AWS Lambda run a Telegram bot continuously for free or nearly free?
I have a Python script that will be continuously running, checking for updates from a channel using the Telegram API and then sending a message to a group using the Telegram Bot API. I'm not sure how many calculations a month this would count as under the AWS Lambda free plan, but would this be a suitable and cost effective use case for AWS Lambda, or should I run this using a different service such as Heroku?

I'm voting to close this question as off-topic because it is a pricing/cost and software recommendation and not a programming question as defined in the help center guidelines. Contact that off-site vendor's support directly via their site for questions concerning their pricing or charges.
