Break problem in Miktex

Whenever I convert my tex file to a pdf (format: A4) many sentences become incomplete . I need Miktex to instead of making a too long sentence incomplete, it just breaks long line text automatically. As you can see rest of the sentences are automatically deleted by Miktex.
In the tex file sentence 1 is : "# This is the way we define a tuple. Instead of we use ()"
sentence 2 is : "# This is the way we refer to an element in the tuple"

As you mentioned the problem is that Miktex does't break lines. I am using Jupyter notebook and it has an option to save the notebook as tex or pdf. I uploaded an example of tex file and its pdf version.
