Why TSLint custom rules (microsoft-contrib and config-security) don't work?

0

I use TSLint (standalone) just to scan js- and ts- files (not whole project) through command line.
I decided to implement rules: "tslint-config-security","tslint-microsoft-contrib".

My steps:

1) npm install tslint-microsoft-contrib

(`npm install tslint-config-security`)

2) include to extends
"extends": ["tslint:recommended", "tslint-config-security","tslint-microsoft-contrib"],

3) include path to rules

 "rulesDirectory": ["node_modules/tslint-microsoft-contrib", "node_modules/tslint-config-security/dist/rules"]
all necessary rules are TRUE

4) and run in command line

tslint <folder>/<file.js>

Why these rules doesn't work?
I don't get any microsoft-contrib or config-security errors such "no-document-domain", "no-document-write" etc (these bad functions are in files)
What am I doing wrong?
