Can read relation at audited entity from related entity not audited entity
In my application, I'm using Hibernate Envers 4.2.12 for creating audit trail module. It's working fine but when I started to log historic versions of my audited entities, I'm facing an issue with reading an object at audited entity which this is object also reference to another audited entity.
The scenario is "There are 2 audited entities (A / B) have many to one relation (this means entity A has foreign key(B_ID) from entity B). When add or update instance of entity A just assign or update foreign key(B_ID) at entity A which means there is no any changes on entity B, so I used @NotAudited on relation side at entity B"
Example:
@Entity
@Audited
public class A {
@Id
private long id;
@ManyToOne
@JoinColumn(name = "B_ID")
private B attributeReference;
//setters and getters
}
@Entity
@Audited
public class B {
@Id
private String id;
@OneToMany(mappedBy = "attributeReference", fetch=FetchType.EAGER)
@NotAudited
private List<A> attributeReferences;
//setters and getters
}
when I try to read attributeReference, I get this exception
javax.persistence.EntityNotFoundException
Because Envers tries to read it from B_AUD at the same revision but it's wrong so how can I get it from the related entity not audited entity?
