MongoDB Unhandled Exception: System.TimeoutException: A timeout occured after 30000ms

0

I've a mongodb cluster of 3nodes which are running on isolated ec2 instances. All the applications(dotnet core 2.1) are running on Kubernetes cluster.

When the application pods are deployed then a few of them can not connect to the db cluster which raise exception timeout but the rest of the others can connect to db properly.

Here is the output.
enter image description here

the second one can connect to db properly but 1st one got CrashLoopBackOff. I am using the db connection string : mongodb://10.5.7.11:27017,10.5.3.12:27017/?replicaSet=rs0&readPreference=primaryPreferred
