Magento 2: display custom data in tree structures
How to develop a page like Categories Management in magento backend, using my custom data? I have a table data, let's say named "X", each record of "X" has a parent which is another record of "X", so displaying them in tree structures is necessary.
I found a page in dev doc that has information about it here: https://devdocs.magento.com/guides/v2.2/pattern-library/displaying-data/tree/tree.html
The document is very detailed about components needed to build a tree structure, how many types of items, etc. However, it seems like magento's UI Components doesn't support building it as I can't find it anywhere, both in magento source and on the internet.
Am I missing anything, or there really isn't any "easy" way to achieve it?
