ngx Translate providing default params values to translations

Is there a way to provide default global params values
same thing that is done using setTranslation,
translate.setTranslation('en', {
HELLO: 'hello {{name}}',
MYAGE: 'My age is {{age}}
});
I would like to use something like this where defaults will be used if not params are provided
**traslate.setParams({name:'Jane', age: '30'})**
So when TranslateService is called with no params, the global ones will
take place. I can always extend TranslateParser
export class CustomParser implements TranslateParser {
interpolate(expr: string | Function, params?: any): string {
/*.... apply default params here when not params are provided...how? */
}
getValue(target: any, key: string): any{
/* What about this I donot want to override default functionality
}
}
