Azure Docker VM Error: Microsoft.Azure.Extensions.DockerExtension' has status code '-1'

I am getting the following errors when I try to create Docker on Ubuntu server on azure. I initially able to create the Docker on ubuntu weeks ago. But now I am getting the following errors.
