Please note that PK of Grad_Scheme and Job is oppCode
Please note me how to correctly deal with the relationships ,as two relationships with different multiplicities have been connected to both the sub classes.
Q1. How do I represent the 2 relationships to sub classes as after making 'event' logical those 2 are replaced by a table named EventType?

Please include the whole diagram. You are missing the top part.

Why don't you want to include the whole diagram? Even better would be to show what you call the "logical" diagram and the different options you see. Now it looks very much like you just want someone else to solve your problem for you.

One can't answer a question he does not understand. So you'll likely don't get an answer. Simple as that.

In what way is the diagram you have illogical? What do you mean by 'conceptual' or 'logical'?
