I am creating a sign-in sheet for a class with many students and would like to repeat certain text on every page. This is my code so far:

usepackage{longtable}

begin{document}

begin{center}
textbf{class name}
end{center}

By signing in you verify that you have started writing the exam.\
By signing out you verify that you handed over your exam to a teaching assistant or the instructor.\

begin{longtable}{| l | l | c | c|}
hline
textbf{Last name} & textbf{First Name} & textbf{Sign-in} & textbf{Sign-out}\
hline
endhead
Student 1 last name & Student 1 first name & & \
hline
Student 2 last name & Student 1 first name & & \
hline
Student 3 last name & Student 1 first name & & \
.
.
.
hline
Student n last name & Student n first name & & \
end{longtable}
end{document}

I would like to repeat the text

By signing in you verify that you have started writing the exam.\
By signing out you verify that you handed over your exam to a teaching assistant or the instructor.\

to appear on the top of each page but in the body (not in a header).
