I have a SSRS formatting question.

Here is the design of my report:

Here is my report look like:

enter image description here

  1. Each ARO can only show at most 2 cases and Room number. It cannot show more than 3 case and Room number. How can I change my design to make it show the rest case and rm number?

  2. Also how can I make SSRS show empty cell boundaries in the table?

Thanks,

R
