Setup FlyWay DB migration SQL Server

I want to get started with FlyWay tool with db migrations.
Here is my setup so far:

  1. I downloaded flyway-5.2.1

  2. I put folder in my solution folder like this

  3. In conf folder I defined my driver connection

flyway.url=jdbc:sqlserver://DESKTOP-FQG3RAA:1433/TestDb

I've checked my Host name in any case in configuration tool of SQL Management.
4. When I want to try some command for example:

flyway info

In my command prompt it says: WARNING: Discarding INCOMPLETE dataSource configuration! flyway.url must be set.
ERROR: Unable to connect to the database. Configure the url, user and password!

I've added one user on my server, and my db (username:admin, password:admin) with db_owner permission.

I can't find any example for MS SQL server how to pass credentials?
Then, I got a question about this scenario:
What if I had a databse called TestDb. And I set multiple users on that db (for example 2 users) with Windows Authentication. Am I need to setup flyway separately, on each machine conf parameters (different username and password) for that user?

Also, if I have multiple schemas in databse, it will be a problem for flyway?

Do I need to put flyway on version control (whole folder)? or just sql folder?
I'm a little bit confused..
