Xamrion iOS Specflow: Unable to restart app in case when multiple tests are running

0

iOS app is not restarting on simulator when tests are running one by one.
The first test leaves the app in booted state after it finishes and next test is unable to start the fresh instance of the app.

Note: Started failing recently on iOS 12.0 and iOS 12.1 Simulators.

Configurations:

  • VS:
    Visual Studio Community 2017 for Mac (Preview) - Version 7.7 Preview (7.7 build 1738)

  • Runtime:
    Mono 5.12.0.309

  • Xcode:
    Version 10.1

Code:

_appInstance = ConfigureApp
.iOS
.DeviceIdentifier("Simulator ID")
.InstalledApp("package name")
.DisableSpecFlowIntegration()
.PreferIdeSettings()
.WaitTimes(new WaitTimes())
.StartApp();
return _appInstance;
