Workbench connection

0

I need help please. I'm trying to create a connection in Workbench and I can not. I indicate the name of the connection, the user and when I try to connect, instead of asking for the password, as always, the following error is displayed:

"mysql workbench error looking up password the name org.freedesktop was not provided by any .service file"

The workbench version is 8.0.13 and the MySQL version is the same.
I tried creating another user from the console in MySQL, but workbench does not allow me to connect with any user.

My operating system is Kubuntu 18.04.

I appreciate any help!
