Using SKStoreViewController to update my app, only the the done button fires the finish delegate

Using SKStoreViewController to update my app, only the the done button fires the finish delegate.

Two things I do not understand
(1) The Apple docs indicates that the finish delegate shows be called for both Done & Update.
(2) How to know that the the Update has completed.

Using iOS 12.1 & xCode 10.1 & on High Sierra

Help, what am I doing wrong??????

Thanks for any help.

Here's my code:

-(void)loadAppStoreProductViewController
{
NSLog(@"nloadAppStoreProductViewController");

UIViewController *viewController = self.navigationController.visibleViewController;

SKStoreProductViewController *storeViewController = [[SKStoreProductViewController alloc]init];
storeViewController.delegate = (id)self;

NSNumber *identifier = [NSNumber numberWithInteger:self.appID];
NSDictionary *parameters = @{ SKStoreProductParameterITunesItemIdentifier:identifier };

[self showWaitMessageView];

[storeViewController loadProductWithParameters:parameters
completionBlock:^(BOOL result, NSError *error) {
if(result) {
[viewController presentViewController:storeViewController
animated:YES
completion:
^{
[self removeWaitMessageView];
}];
} else {
NSLog(@"loadProductWithParameters: %@", error.description);
[self removeWaitMessageView];
}
}
];

[self handleAppIconBadgeNumber];
}

-(void)productViewControllerDidFinish:(SKStoreProductViewController *)storeViewController
{
NSLog(@"nproductViewControllerDidFinish");

[self removeWaitMessageView];
[storeViewController dismissViewControllerAnimated:YES completion:nil];

[self handleAppIconBadgeNumber];
}
