How to change the font and the size of chapter and section text to regular font and size?

0

Right now I am getting my chapter title in the following font:

enter image description here

However, I want to change it back to the following format, regular size, regular font type, and centered:
enter image description here

Is there any way I can change it back? I wanted to automatically insert the table of contents, so had to put chapter titles with the chapter command, and it came with this unnecessary format change.

Thanks a lot!
