functionality like skype offline notification management ios
I am trying to implement the feature same like Skype App in iOS(swift) App.
In offline mode(No internet connection mode), Logging out will manage the notification.
I checked skype, When I log out the app in Offline mode, It let me log out and when I logged in with internet It displays me the messages
If Anyone has an idea please post the answer. Thanks in advance

It's not quite clear what exactly you want to implement.
The new messages you are talking about appear in Skype because the application requests these messages after internet connection was restored (in fact it should ask for the latest ones, and these we missed during offline period are exactly the case).
If you are interested in internet connection state (reachable or not reachable) tracking you probably should take a look at Alamofire's reachability manager. It calls a closure which you have to specify when network state changes.
This answer has more info on Reachability manager which Alamofire provides.
