Docker container eureka client not connecting with eureka server after restart container

0

I am using docker-compose to start some spring services, using docker stack deploy .... The services are registered at eureka server at the beginning correctly. I have implemented circuit breaker using Hystrix too. To test the circuit breaker patron, i stop the container of the some services and start they again, using docker container stop id and docker container start id. But when the containers start again, the containers are not able to register at eureka server, also they are not able to expone it's configured port.

This is the configuration in the docker-compose for the services that i am restarting

kafka-service:
image: nelson/kafka-service:1.0
depends_on:
- kafka
- server-eureka
deploy:
replicas: 2
restart_policy:
condition: none
ports:
- "8081:8081"
environment:
server-port: 8081
eureka-host: server-eureka
eureka-port: 8761
bootstrap-kafka: kafka:9092
networks:
- microservices-architecture

Any idea of what can be happening?
