when i query Prometheus is displaying wrong metric values from both node exporter & cadvisor

0

I have a 4 nodes docker swarm cluster. I am globally running node exporter & cAdvisor on all the nodes. using label placement constraints I am running the monitoring stack on one the worker node instead of manger node.

The metrics from the targets are scraped from node exporter & cAdvisor successfully and the values are accurate & it is available in the path <ip address>:9100 & <ip address>:8080, when i query Prometheus displays wrong metric values and the values are not changing for a long time.
