How do I remove the lines from my chapterstyle in the Table of Contents?

I'm using memoirand bianchi. I want my ToC page to be a blank page with nothing but the ToC on. I'm halfway there, but the lines insert by bianchipersists:

            0 I found a lot of questions abount appendices and ToC. Many users want appendices to be grouped in an Appendix part, however some problems arise with ToC, hyperref, PDF viewer bookmarks, and so on.
