cluster_label_prop crash with initials and large networks

0

When I try to run cluster_label_prop (igraph R method) with initials on networks of 40k nodes it works well and fast, but when I try to run it on a network of 80K nodes it instantly crashes, here is the code that crashes:

usuarios<-c(0:(length(V(net))-1))
usuarios[0:(length(V(net))-1)] = -1
fix<-c(0:(length(V(net))-1))
fix[0:(length(V(net))-1)] = FALSE
label_prop = cluster_label_prop(as.undirected(net),initial=usuarios,fixed=fix)

but when I run the method on a smaller subgraph of the same network it works perfectly:

subnet = induced_subgraph(net,c(community1,community2))
usuarios<-c(0:(length(V(subnet))-1))
usuarios[0:(length(V(subnet))-1)] = -1
fix<-c(0:(length(V(subnet))-1))
fix[0:(length(V(subnet))-1)] = FALSE
label_prop = cluster_label_prop(as.undirected(subnet),initial=usuarios,fixed=fix)

Does someone know if it is a problem with the method implementation or if I'm doing something wrong?

    If it crashes, that's a problem. I suggest you report the problem to igraph with a complete and reproducible example.
