Create a QT sub window from a dynamic lib

I've a ROS package called the Moveit! setup assistant, it has a QT interface and structured like follows:
setup_assistant_widget
which is the QT main window.bunch of other widgets which inherent from this class which act as
sub windows in the main window.
class diagram
What I'm trying to do is to convert this static structure into a dynamic one where a user can make his own widget as a plugin and load it to the setup assistant.
but I can't pass arguments to the dynamic library being loaded, for example: this is how a widget is created in setup_assistant_widget
author_information_widget_ = new AuthorInformationWidget(this, config_data_);
so that all widgets would have the same parent.
What are the possible workarounds? is there a way to create widgets to belong to a parent window without passing the parent to the constructor of that widget?
c++ qt dll qt5
