Mysql8.0 user configuration file remote access in azure vm not working

I have a azure vm windows server, mysql server is installed on it and working locally. I want to access it with ip address.



I have done the follwoing:



a. MySQL Server 8.0 Installed
b. Port 3306 added in inbound rule windows firewall
c. Inbound port rules added from azure portal enter image description here



When I change bind-address ip and restart mysql from services it says :

  • The error shows that the MySQL service shut down with an unexpected thing. So you should first check if the MySQL install in the right way and can work well in the vm.

0 I found a lot of questions abount appendices and ToC. Many users want appendices to be grouped in an Appendix part, however some problems arise with ToC, hyperref, PDF viewer bookmarks, and so on. There are different solutions which require extra packages, command patching and other extra code, however none of them satisfies me. I almost found an easy way to accomplish a good result, where appendices are added to bookmarks in the right way and hyperref links point to the right page.
