Ubuntu 18.04 Theme Issue with Eclipse Oxygen
Is it possible to separate the eclipse theme from ubuntu theme? So that the ubuntu didn't overlay the eclipse theme, because it looks awful.

Yes, on Linux with GTK 3.14+ you can use theGTK_THEME
environment variable for that: eclipse.org/eclipse/news/4.8/…
