Deleting storage account never completes
I have a resource group which contains two storage accounts.
terraform -version
Terraform v0.11.10
+ provider.azurerm v1.19.0
terraform destory
module.eventhub.storage_account.azurerm_storage_account.storage_account: Still destroying... (ID: /subscriptions/69c88e31-4843-45cf-baee-...orage/storageAccounts/ffs7hwu43hskplnc, 22m0s elapsed)
module.eventhub.storage_account_capture.azurerm_storage_account.storage_account: Still destroying... (ID: /subscriptions/69c88e31-4843-45cf-baee-...e/storageAccounts/wjeventhubdevcapture, 16m48s elapsed)
Destroying the resources via the command line doesn't work. If I manually delete them through the portal it works instantly.

Are you running the terraform script as you or a service principal? Same account as the portal?
