reactjs redirect after login privateroute
I set up a page of connection. After this page of connection, I would wish redirected towards my dashboard. I have at the middle ready the localStorage with 2 values: token and isAuthenticated.
But the rerouting does not work. I always stay on the same page
Furthermore, I have the impression that my Dashboard.jsx page is loaded in the launch of my page of login because that I see in logs: auth Dashboard.jsx:33: null
My login page code :
axios.post('/login',params)
.then(response=> {
localStorage.setItem(ACCESS_TOKEN, response.headers.authorization);
localStorage.setItem(IS_AUTHENTICATED, true);
this.setState({isAuthenticated: true });
})
render() {
if(this.state.isAuthenticated){
return <Redirect to={"/dashboard"}/>;
}else{
return LoginTemplate.call(this);
}
My Dashboard page :
const switchRoutes = (
<Switch>
{dashboardRoutes.map((prop, key) => {
if (prop.redirect){
return <Redirect from={prop.path} to={prop.to} key={key} />;
}else if(prop.private){
console.log("auth : " + localStorage.getItem(IS_AUTHENTICATED));
return <PrivateRoute authenticated=
{localStorage.getItem(IS_AUTHENTICATED)} path={prop.path} component=
{prop.component} key={key} />;
}else{
return <Route path={prop.path} component={prop.component} key={key}
/>;
}
})}
</Switch>
);
