Could you please add a MWE that allows others to reproduce the issue you describe? Apart from that, I don't see any centered text on the second page. However, the right and left margin are different o the two pages. Therefor my guess: Do you se thetwosideoption?

the text lines are justified to the full width of the text block in both cases but (in code you have not shown, leaving us to guess) you are using[twoside]so left and right pages have different margins as is standard practice in paper publications.
