How to collect multiple line item data in Model Driven PowerApp Business Process Flow

Most of the examples I have seen on Business Process Flow involve selecting fields from a single entity. However, I am looking for a way to collect data from the user in a wizard like fashion where in the first stage, I ask the user for some header information (that goes into the UR RFA Header entity) and after that I would like to the user to keep entering individual line items, till the time user checks "Is Final Line Item?" Boolean checkbox. But I am having trouble creating a connector from the "If Final" condition back to the Start of second stage (see attached diagram below). Is this type of wizard based data input even supported/possible in Business Process Flow designer?
