O rio Sutle,[1] também conhecido como rio Sutlej e rio Satluj (em hindi: सतलुज; em sânscrito: शतद्रु ou सुटुद्रि,; transl.: IAST: Suṭudri; em panjabi: ਸਤਲੁਜ; em urdu: ستلج) é o mais longo dos cinco rios que fluem pela região do Panjabe, no norte da Índia e Paquistão, a sul do Indocuche, Himalaia. Nasce no Tibete perto do monte Kailash, e deságua perto de Carachi no rio Chenab, afluente do rio Indo. É também conhecido como rio Vermelho (Red River) na Índia.
As águas do Sutle pertencem à Índia graças a um tratado sobre águas subscrito entre Índia e Paquistão e são desviadas na maioria para canais de rega na Índia.[2] O governo indiano construiu no Sutle a barragem de Bhakra-Nangal, uma enorme barragem multiusos, e há vários projetos hidroelétricos importantes adicionais para o rio.

I found a lot of questions abount appendices and ToC. Many users want appendices to be grouped in an Appendix part, however some problems arise with ToC, hyperref, PDF viewer bookmarks, and so on. There are different solutions which require extra packages, command patching and other extra code, however none of them satisfies me. In the sklearn.model_selection.cross_val_predict page it is stated: Generate cross-validated estimates for each input data point. It is not appropriate to pass these predictions into an evaluation metric. Can someone explain what does it mean? If this gives estimate of Y (y prediction) for every Y (true Y), why can't I calculate metrics such as RMSE or coefficient of determination using these results?
