Auto hamburger menu

0

I'm developing an Android Auto project for listening music. How can I fill the hamburger menu with MediaItems? I've tried filling up a treemap and putting elements in an array list of MediaItems, but I can't see elements I filled in.

private static final TreeMap<String, MediaMetadataCompat> menu_elems = new TreeMap<>();

static
{
menu_elems.put("menu_elems_id", new MediaMetadataCompat.Builder().putString(MediaMetadataCompat.METADATA_KEY_ALBUM, "album1").build());
menu_elems.put("menu_elems_id", new MediaMetadataCompat.Builder().putString(MediaMetadataCompat.METADATA_KEY_ALBUM, "album2").build());
}

@Override
public void onLoadChildren(@NonNull String parentId, @NonNull Result<List<MediaBrowserCompat.MediaItem>> result) {

List<MediaBrowserCompat.MediaItem> res = new ArrayList<

for (MediaMetadataCompat metadata : menu_elems.values()) {
res.add(
new MediaBrowserCompat.MediaItem(
metadata.getDescription(), MediaBrowserCompat.MediaItem.FLAG_PLAYABLE));
}

result.sendResult(res);
}
