justification of figure captions
I have tried usepackage[font=small,labelfont=bf,justification=justified]{caption} and captionsetup{font={stretch=1.5},justification={justified}} but it doesn't seem to be working. It was working quite well with centering, centerlast, raggedright and raggedleft instead of justified.
