How to make letter-spacing only work on the unit?

This is the starting style

When I fill the date

I used this property
letter-spacing
I am expecting that letter-spacing does not work on date. Can anyone help me? Thank you very much.

Without you showing the actual code (HTML and CSS for the above), noone is going to be able to help you.

The code you provided doesn't help all that much as I'm not really sure what you want to achieve. If you want to remove the letter spacing when there is input in the date, you can use javascript to remove thedate-spaceclass.

The code you provided doesn't help all that much as I'm not really sure what you want to achieve. If you want to remove the letter spacing when there is input in the date, you can use javascript to remove thedate-spaceclass.
