Android setOverrideDeadline not working as expected Api 23
Setting setOverrideDeadline in Api 23, delays the execution of the job 10sec but when using setMinimumLatency, job does not work.
Later versions of android setOverrideDeadline does not delay the job but setMinimumLatency does.
Can anyone explain me how setMinimumLatency and setOverrideDeadline work in different apis?
JobScheduler jobScheduler = (JobScheduler)getApplicationContext()
.getSystemService(JOB_SCHEDULER_SERVICE);
ComponentName componentName = new ComponentName(this, MyJob.class);
JobInfo jobInfo = new JobInfo.Builder(1, componentName)
.setOverrideDeadline(10000)
.setPersisted(true).build();
