I have a problem with Android KitKat 4.4.2 and Cordova/PhoneGap.
I'm trying to use the plugin cordova-plugin-camera 4.0.3, and everything runs well on android 7 (BlueStacks), but when I try to run on my tablet android 4.4.2, it throws an "Illegal Argument Exception".

I'm using Cordova version 8.1.2, Android platform 7.1.2 and PhoneGap-cli 8.0.0

Here is some of the code from my project:

$scope.openCamera = function()
{
alert( JSON.stringify( navigator.camera ) );
document.addEventListener("deviceready", function()
{

var onCameraSuccess = function( imageData )
{
alert( imageData );
$("#foto_teste").attr("src","data:image/jpeg;base64,"+imageData+"'");
};

var onCameraError = function( err )
{
alert( err );
};

var options = {
quality: 50,
destinationType: Camera.DestinationType.DATA_URL,
sourceType: Camera.PictureSourceType.CAMERA,
allowEdit: true,
encodingType: Camera.EncodingType.JPEG,
targetWidth: 100,
targetHeight: 100,
popoverOptions: CameraPopoverOptions,
saveToPhotoAlbum: false,
correctOrientation:true
};

alert( JSON.stringify( options ) );
navigator.camera.getPicture( onCameraSuccess, onCameraError, options );

}, true);
};

My config file:

<?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8'?>
