Database Class shows the Old Message

I used the azure server to host my website.
In my Database Class, I need to fix something but the website may be using the old class there is no changes. But in a normal page, it displays all changes. I also tried to press the shift key + F5, but the message(echo) from database class is still the same. How can I check if it really uses the new source code? If not, how can I use the new Class?

check your database credentials (host, username, password, db name), maybe something wrong with credentials that's why MySql connection getting failed to connect on Azure server.
