A Alemanha está dividida em 402 governos distritais; dos quais 295 são distritos (Kreise) ou distritos rurais (Landkreise) e 107 cidades independentes (kreisfreie Städte) ou distritos urbanos (Stadtkreise) - cidades que detêm o estatuto de distrito.


Um exemplo semelhante é o de Statutarstadt, na Áustria.

It is not appropriate to pass these predictions into an evaluation metric. Can someone explain what does it mean?
