On old ASP.NET MVC, after I change controller/model or some class, compile and upload to FTP, I don't have to restart IIS, just open refresh the browser ad get the latest result.
As well as PHP, modify the file, upload, and load the page.

However, I working on ASP.NET core 2.1 w/ Apach, CENTOS 7,
I found that I have to restart the service via systemctl - sudo systemctl restart kestrel-myapp.service
to trigger dotnet load latest dll I uploaded.

So I wonder what I missing to enable the dll hotswap.
