I want to rotate .. 45 degrees, but the wrong coordinates are returned.
Perhaps a translation or transformation of coordinates is required ?

use strict; use warnings;
use Math::Trig;

my $width = 3;
my $height = 3;
my $radians = 45 * (pi / 180);
my $center = 1.5;

for my $w(0..$width -1){
for my $h(0..$height -1){
my $x = int($center + ($h - $center) * cos($radians) + ($w - $center) * sin($radians));
my $y = int($center - ($h - $center) * sin($radians) + ($w - $center) * cos($radians));
print "$x:$yn";
}
}

need to

1:0
0:0
0:1
2:0
1:1
0:2
2:1
2:2
1:2

returns

0:1
0:0
0:0
0:2
0:1
1:0
0:2
1:2
2:1

    $text is irrelevant to the question. What output do you expect?

    It outputs things like 0:1 or 2:1, the $text is not used at all.
    – choroba

  • OK, how do move the text from the angle? here is not a complete code, I cut it

  • What are you trying to compute? What formula are you using?
