How Nginx works?
I am just starting to learn about server scalability and architecture but I am still puzzled on one thing. Regarding platforms like Nginx or Appache; do these companies have there own servers which i can put data, front end content, etc. Or would I have to find a physical server to store my application. I understand mostly how it works but i am still confused as to how Niginx works. Do they have there own server farms that they rent out to people or would I have to find a different company to do this?

Do you have some basics? Because you may want to begin from the begining before looking into scalability or you are going to be completely lost... Learn the difference between software and hardware and read the documentation on the product before asking question ;)
