Symfony (PHP) vs Express.js (node.js) - Differences & Similarities [on hold]

Recently I started working as a Symfony developer at a well-reputed company. I'm kinda having hard time understanding Symfony since my main background is Express js (node). Certainly, I know that I will understand symfony and its structure/style with time. But it would be great if someone would help me speed up the learning process.

Can someone point out the differences & the similarities between these frameworks? And what are some tips you would give me?

  • "Questions asking us to recommend or find a book, tool, software library, tutorial or other off-site resource are off-topic for Stack Overflow as they tend to attract opinionated answers and spam. Instead, describe the problem and what has been done so far to solve it." – jonrsharpe, cezar, EdChum
